This is a meditative blog post.

Whatever you are doing right now, I want you to stop and just be still for a moment.

All I’m asking you to do is read, scroll, and then ponder after you’ve finished reading the post.

Relax…and open your mind.

Every day you have pressures in your life being thrown at you from every angle. Work, school, home, friends, etc…

You go to through the same routine…work, commute, packed train ride, traffic jams. Once you’re at work you’re on the clock, and on the go, all day. Somebody is watching, and somebody is measuring your performance. It’s what you get compensated for.

You work, pays bills, get the car fixed, go shopping, and do things around the house, there are always a million things to do.

Is this what life is all about? Is this what you were born to do? Do you feel like you’re living life just for others…

What about you? What about what you want? What makes you happy…

Let’s stop focusing on the outside for a second. Let’s go inside.

Take a deep breath. Relax…Take another deep breath (feel it in your diaphragm) don’t think about anything. Not work, not money, not goals, not what you have to do…

Just breathe, look around you…enjoy the moment (even if it’s just for a minute). Pay attention to what’s going on around you, where ever you are,

This is what life should be all about…just enjoy the moment.

Read again, and repeat if necessary.
