I won’t call it quantum, but my lack of a good word won’t make me dismiss my experience with it either. I will totally agree that probably 98%+ of such “psychologies” work for basic psychological and physical reasons — not for anything involving the deeper vibrations of the universe or whatever. But I think there’s a little extra there that the practical explanations haven’t yet explained. Maybe they will someday.
1) The Soulmate List. The first list is a list of ‘Green Light’ qualities and attributes that you’d like your soulmate to have.  In other words, this is what you want to “get” in a Soulmate.   In this list, you’ll describe all of the physical and non-physical characteristics you envision your soulmate to have. Here you want to include things that will begin to describe the kind of man or woman who would really make your heart sing.
We love that you're enjoying the cool stuff here. Our crack legal staff (a/k/a the cat) tells us we should let you know that you should assume the owner of this website is an affiliate for people, business (imaginary creatures, including but not limited to unicorns, elves, demigods and all manner of fairies) who provide goods or services mentioned on this website and in the videos or audio (or smoke signals). The owner (that'd be me, writing in the third person, but shhh, don't tell) may be compensated if you buy stuff from a provider. That said, your trust means everything to us and we don't ever recommend anything lightly (with the exception of when we're bribed with organic dark chocolate, because on those occasions anything goes!). Capisce!
OMG! This was happening to me for years and it was in my search for answers that I really got to understand law of attraction more deeply. For 20 years, each of my boyfriends was just like the last – verbally abusive, didn’t listen to me or respect me, and ignored me and cheated on me. I talked to every ‘spiritual’ teacher I could find, and many of them told me to look at where I was abusive, or where I exhibited the same behavior.

From my experience, I believe it does exist, but maybe not in the form the Secret attests to, but in a form similar to what Jonathon has mentioned above. I do think it is highly probable it exists considering the well documented studies on the effects of prayer and meditation as well as the research of PEAR (Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research), which basically shows that our intentions can impact outcomes in random events. Considering meditation, prayer and the law of attraction are generally intention based; I expect there is some sort of facility which science has yet to explain which will likely be able to explain the law of attraction. Just because the laws of physics or science cannot explain something, does not mean it does not exist.
Creating a vision board is easy. Go through magazines or search the internet to find images that represent what you want to attract. It doesn’t matter if the images are metaphorical or literal. The important thing is that the images speak to you and connect with your desires. Attach the images to a board and place it in a prominent place where you will look at it every day.
2) The Second List: Deal Breakers. It’s now time get clear about what I call the ‘Deal Breakers’.  These are the ‘red lights’ that you want to watch out for when you start meeting people.  This is a smaller list where you identify at least three qualities that if this person were to exhibit, you would not engage in a relationship with them. In other words, the deal would be off.

While the Law of Attraction is getting quite a bit of publicity these days, the concept has been around for centuries and has been known — and used successfully — by great minds throughout history. According to books like The Secret, there’s evidence that the law of attraction was used by Beethoven, Einstein, and even Jesus, but you’ve also used it in your own life whether you’re aware of it or not! This is because the Law of Attraction works whether or not you’re aware of it. The main reason for the current focus on it is that if you’re aware that you're using the Law of Attraction, you can control what you attract into your life.

7) No Compassion: Don’t get involved with anything negative like charity or helping the needy. This will attract more negativity and poverty. Wallace Wattles, a LOA founder wrote, “Do not talk about poverty; do not investigate it, or concern yourself with it. Do not spend your time in charitable work, or charity movements, all charity only tends to perpetuate the wretchedness it aims to eradicate.” and “Give your attention wholly to riches; ignore poverty.” Rhonda Byrne in The Secret takes this a step further, “If you see people who are overweight, do not observe them…If you think or talk about diseases, you will become sick. What you think or surround yourself with – good or bad, is what you will bring upon yourself.” If you believe in a LOA avoid any of the “helping or health” professions such as physician, nurse, hospital worker, clergy, psychologist, police officer, paramedic, etc. Avoid professions in which you deal with poor people such as accountant, mortgage broker, banker, lawyer, etc. While research shows that charitable work, empathy and volunteering is beneficial to both the giver and receiver, avoid these things if you believe in a LOA.

Second, harmonic resonance doesn’t explain the law of attraction. Harmonic resonance says when an object vibrating at one frequency is placed close enough to a similar object that vibrates at the same frequency, the vibrations from the first object slowly entrain the objects around it to vibrate, too. A tuning fork is the simplest example. Strike it an place it next to another tuning fork of the same note and they both begin to vibrate at a similar frequency. Problem is, we are not tuning forks. Harmonic resonance assumes that those other objects (a) are at rest, before being exposed to the original object, making them “free” to adopt the other object’s vibrations, (b) vibrate at the identical frequency, and (c) do not actively generate their own conflicting vibrations of equal or greater strength. Human beings satisfy none of these conditions. We are not “empty” of our own electromagnetic vibrations or waves, we are not identically structured to resonate at identical frequencies and, in fact, we create a non-stop stream of very strong vibrations all day long.
If you want the universe to deliver your ideal partner, Pam Thomas, Chief Change Officer and Intuitive at What’s Within U, tells Bustle, you need to be really clear and specific on what kind of person you wish to attract. "It’s like going into a restaurant and placing an order," she says. "If you say to the waiter, 'I’ll have a meat dish with a side of vegetables,' you're leaving yourself wide open to being served cow tongue with a side of creamed spinach." Unless you're into that sort of thing, you probably won't be happy with what you get. So be specific. Ask yourself what your ideal partner and relationship really looks like to you.

Take time to get really clear on the amount you are requesting for the Universe and also the time it will take for you to receive it. The Universe LOVES specificity. If you’re not clear on what you want to attract then you will be manifesting by default and all sorts of nasty surprises can appear when you don’t pay attention to conscious awareness. I just wanted everyone to know that this really worked for me… I was in desperate need due to some financial issues… I believe in law of attraction but had never seen this particular manifestation so thought I would give it a try… I grabbed a dollar bill out and smelled it, loved it, thought about how money IS wonderful and all it can bring in my life instead of looking at it in a depressing way… I wrote down how I felt great about money and guess what? 3 days later, I received $1500 from a relative I hadn’t talked to in over a year, my wife and daughter got hired for employment and some items I had been trying to sell, started selling… It was and still is INCREDIBLE! I’m just speechless and overjoyed… My hearts desire came true… Thank you!!! I am very blessed and grateful…

Think of yourself as a consciousness being played out by God just as a wave is part of the ocean that is being played out by the ocean. This theory of nature will promote the kind of trust that you need to attract to yourself all that belongs to you in the universe. You cannot receive it or even come close to manifesting it if you have an absence of trust in yourself as an extension of God.
You can pray, meditate, journal, go to yoga, see your energy healer, whatever you have to do to reconnect with your inner guide and the belief that you are divinely supported and can have, be, or do anything you want. And you can affirm, affirm, affirm until you believe what you say. And you can work these five steps forward and backward and all around until you create such high vibrations around trusting this process that you do start to believe that anything is possible for you.
